Ukrainian media reported an explosion and power outage in Dnipro

Ukrainian media reported that a bright flash occurred in the sky over the Dnieper (Dnepropetrovsk), followed by a blackout. This was reported on October 1 by the newspaper "Country.ua" in the Telegram channel.

"There was a flash in the sky of Dnipro, after which light outages began in the city," the publication says.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the situation.
