The business program of the National Healthcare Congress has been published
The business program of the 4th National Congress with international participation "National Healthcare" is published on the official website of the event. The Congress will be held on October 22-23, 2025 in Moscow at the site of the National Center "Russia". The Congress will be organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Roscongress Foundation. The organizing partner of the event is FSBI "TSNIIOIZ" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
"The business program of the National Healthcare Congress reflects the key directions of the industry development: These include the implementation of national projects, infrastructure management, improving the quality of medical care and the level of satisfaction of citizens, the development of human capital, and digitalization. For the fourth year in a row, the Congress has been the flagship platform for the presentation of achievements in the field of healthcare in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The plenary session will reflect the main vector of development of Russian medicine – we are moving to a new model of health protection, from a reactive approach we are moving towards predictive medicine," said Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.
The business track "Human Capital of the industry" includes five thematic sessions on topical personnel issues in healthcare, including the role of medical universities in staffing regional healthcare systems. The panelists will discuss which educational programs and events of medical universities can have a qualitative impact on the staffing of regions and increase the level of satisfaction of the medical community with their profession, how to bring universities and practices closer together and form a model of medical education taking into account the needs of regional healthcare, as well as how to ensure an adequate level of training for healthcare professionals in the light of priority aspects of healthcare development, set by new federal projects.
The session "Artificial Intelligence in real practice" will be part of the thematic block "Digitalization and working with data". The participants will discuss key areas of digital healthcare transformation: from the introduction of innovative AI solutions to accelerate the introduction of new drugs to the market to the use of autonomous systems in clinical practice. The focus will also be on bridging the digital divide between generations of specialists. Special attention will be paid to support programs for doctors who need additional assistance in mastering modern technologies.
Three sessions of the business program cover the issues of proper nutrition. The Congress will present the best regional practices, strategies for harmonizing approaches to nutrition regulation, and experts will tell you how technology will change our diet by 2030.
The formation of a healthy diet is transformed from a personal choice into a significant element of state policy in the field of public health protection. Nutrition serves as the foundation of health, providing the body with the necessary energy, vitamins and nutrients. Adherence to the principles of a healthy lifestyle contributes to weight normalization, prevention of chronic noncommunicable diseases and is the basis for healthy longevity. In recent years, interest in nutrition and dietetics has been noticeably increasing. This is reflected in the emergence of scientifically sound recommendations that help form healthy eating habits. An important role in the implementation of state policy in this area is assigned to the regions: it is here that a high-quality nutrition system is being built, local producers are supported, and initiatives are being introduced to promote a healthy lifestyle among the population.
The Congress participants will also review the implementation of federal projects, among the announced topics are "The Heart of the Nation 2.0", "Time to win: new horizons in oncology", "The future of rehabilitation: from recovery to improving the quality of life", "The Battle for Health: how excess weight has become a global health challenge" and others.
In addition to expert discussions, the business program of the National Healthcare Congress includes two plenary sessions.: "A new model of health protection – 2040: the transition from reactive to predictive medicine" and "Food matters: why is our diet a matter of national health?".
