A fire broke out at an oil refinery in the Yaroslavl Region. This was announced on October 1 by Mikhail Evraev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region.

"Today, a fire broke out on the territory of the refinery. <...> The fire is man—made," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

It is noted that special services have begun extinguishing the fire.
