Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messenger, was poisoned in 2018. On September 30, the entrepreneur announced this in an interview with blogger Lex Friedman.

"I came home to a rented townhouse and saw that a strange neighbor had left something for me at the door. And an hour later, when I was lying in bed, I felt very sick. I felt pain all over my body. I tried to get up and go to the bathroom, but as I walked, I felt my body begin to fail," he said.

Durov noted that at first he was faced with loss of vision and hearing, and then it became difficult for him to breathe. At the same time, all the problems were accompanied by acute pain.

When he woke up the next day, he found that blood vessels had burst everywhere on his body.
