Avito Tech (Avito's technology subsidiary) will hold an avito.tech.conf conference on leadership and team management in the era of artificial intelligence and digital transformation on October 17.

According to the company's press service, the event in Moscow will bring together leaders, managers and executives at various levels responsible for team development and strategic decisions.

The conference will be opened by Ivan Guz, Managing Partner of Avito. Andrey Rybintsev, Managing Director of Artificial Intelligence at Avito, will make a presentation on the changing role of leadership in the era of generative AI development.
At the panel discussions, together with experts from Sberbank, Yandex, Alfa-Bank, Lamoda, Ozon and Unirest, participants will discuss the future of technology management and calibration processes in large companies.

Experts will focus on the transformation of the role of managers: from automating routine tasks and new approaches to organizing processes to developing a culture of trust in teams and the influence of AI on leadership style and methods. Avito Tech specialists will present practical experience in managing a team of more than 3,000 engineers, talk about calibration processes, and share cases of successful implementation of AI tools measuring their real impact on business.

"Today, technology leaders face inspiring and challenging challenges at the same time. Our goal is to show that leadership can be built on empathy, awareness, and smart use of technology. We conceived avito.tech.conf as an open platform for talking about the future of leadership.: how to manage teams and processes, build culture, and effectively integrate AI into work practices," said Andrey Rybintsev.
