British Defense Minister John Healey called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported on September 29 by Sky News channel.

"Here is our message to Moscow from Liverpool: President Putin, you will not win. <...> Negotiations are enough. Agree to peace," Healy said.
