Avtotor has produced several hundred Eonyx cars for less than 1 million rubles

The Kaliningrad Avtotor plant has produced a small batch of several hundred compact electric vehicles of the Eonyx brand. Further production volume depends on market demand, a representative of the brand's official distributor in Russia, Auto Smart Mobility LLC, told TASS on September 29.

The company noted that these cars enter an as yet unoccupied and promising niche in the Russian market. Currently, Eonyx models are available for purchase in Moscow, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar and Novorossiysk, and the dealer network is planned to be gradually expanded.

The start of accepting applications for Eonyx machines became known on September 23. The line includes the M2 hatchback, which costs from 840 thousand rubles, and the compact cargo Profi and Cargo (890 thousand and 990 thousand rubles, respectively). Such vehicles belong to the L7 category (quadricycles) and are intended for personal use, operation in urban services, delivery services, warehouses, resort and industrial facilities.

The M2 double hatchback is equipped with a 150 Ah (72 V) traction battery with a range of up to 100 km. The length of the model is 2860 mm with a wheelbase of 1800 mm. The equipment includes halogen optics, air conditioning, a cabin heater, a 6.2-inch digital dashboard, and a 9-inch multimedia system screen with the ability to connect a smartphone.
