Peskov pointed to the deprivation of the vote of hundreds of thousands of Moldovans in the elections.

Hundreds of thousands of Moldovans were deprived of the opportunity to vote in Russia. This was announced on September 29 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"From what we see and know, we can state that hundreds of thousands of Moldovans were deprived of the opportunity to vote on the territory of the Russian Federation due to the fact that only two polling stations were open for them," Peskov said at a briefing.
