The Russian government has submitted to the State Duma a draft state budget for 2026 and the planning period for 2027 and 2028. This was announced on September 29 by the government's press service in its Telegram channel.

"The draft law on the federal budget for 2026 and for the planning period of 2027 and 2028 has been sent to the State Duma for consideration. The order on its introduction was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin," the message says.
