President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is expected to pay a state visit to Russia soon. This was announced on September 28 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Now we are all working on preparing the state visit of the President of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation," TASS quoted him as saying.

According to the press secretary of the Russian leader, Tokayev's official visit will take place in November this year.
