Liksutov spoke about the end of the motorcycle season in Moscow
Over 12,000 motorcyclists rode along the Garden Ring in Moscow in honor of the closing of the 2025 motorcycle season. This was stated by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the Moscow Government for Transport and Industry.
The 13th Moscow Motorcycle Festival was held on Vorobyovy Gory for this occasion. According to Liksutov, the tradition of celebrating the beginning and end of the motorcycle season draws attention to motorcycle culture, reminds "viewers and participants of the importance of safe driving and compliance with traffic rules." On behalf of Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, "we continue to improve the culture of safe driving in the capital" and "we are waiting for everyone at the opening of the new motorcycle season in the spring," he added.
The column of bikers was led by 26 motorcycle clubs. The order of their entry to the start was determined in advance at the draw.
There were also competitions of participants on the flat track, and in the "Ball of Courage" stuntmen performed tricks. The guests of the festival were the legend of mixed martial arts, world champion in grappling and Brazilian jiu-Jitsu Jeff Monson and two-time winner of the Silk Road rally Alexey Naumov.
Artists performed for the guests of the festival, prize draws were organized, including motorcycles, "Motobrat" and "Motoledi" contests were held. The headliners of the concert program were Gorky Park, Northern Fleet and Vladimir Kuzmin. There was also a field kitchen, exhibition stands of the State Emergency Committee, the Moscow Department of Transport, the Data Center and the Mosgortrans Motorcycle School.
The start of this year's motorcycle season was celebrated on April 26. The Vorobyovy Gory Festival was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. For the first time in history, retrotechnics from the War Engines Museum participated in the race.
