The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has filed a lawsuit against the arrested owner of the port in Tuapse, Shakhlar Novruzov. The relevant information was published on September 27 in the file of arbitration cases.

Novruzov is the owner of a transshipment terminal in Tuapse and the Old Baku restaurant in Krasnodar. He was arrested on September 1 on charges of attempted theft of real estate in the amount of 919 million rubles.

It is specified that the defendants in the case will be the founder of Tuapse Commercial Sea Port LLC, as well as businessman Oleg Basin.
