The issue of financing the construction of a nuclear power plant (NPP) in the east of Belarus is not worth it if there is a consumer for it. This was announced on September 26 by Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the proposal of his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko to build such a station.
