The updated Belarusian crossover Belgee X70 appeared at dealers in the Russian Federation

The updated Belgee X70 mid-size crossover has begun to arrive at dealers in Russia. This was reported on September 25 by the analytical agency Autostat.

According to forecasts by Alexander Shaprinsky, commercial director of the Pragmatika dealership network, the share of the model in the brand's total sales will be fixed at around 40%. The competitors of the updated Belgee X70 remained the same, these are Haval F7, Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max, Changan Uni-S, Jaecoo J7 and Haval Jolion.

The updated Belgee X70 is still based on the Chinese Geely Atlas Pro model and is manufactured at the Belgee plant in Belarus. The model is offered in two trim levels at a price of 2.58 million and 2.6 million rubles, excluding discounts.

The X70 is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 150 hp with a six-speed classic automatic. At the start of sales, the model is available only with front-wheel drive, while the pre-styling version also has modifications with all-wheel drive.

The updated Belgee X70 can be distinguished by the new design of the radiator grille with large vertical slats. The multimedia system with a 12.3-inch touchscreen has become more productive and has acquired the function of integrating a smartphone on the iOS platform.

Earlier, on September 22, it was reported that the Belarusian automobile brand Belgee plans to expand its model range in Russia next year. The line will include several new cars, including those with an electrified power plant.

On September 15, it became known that sales of Belgee cars in Russia increased 2.2 times in August and amounted to 7,806 units. For the first time, the Belarusian brand entered the top five leaders of the Russian car market, surpassing the Changan brand.
