Tricolor Company and the Victory Day thematic channel have prepared an interactive section for the exhibition at the Victory Museum dedicated to the development of Russian television and ways to preserve historical memory through media projects.

Tricolor, one of the leaders of the Russian satellite broadcasting market, and the Victory Day thematic TV channel participated in the preparation of the large-scale exhibition "80 Years under the Sign of Victory" at the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Gora. The exhibition area of more than 500 m2 combines the achievements of the Soviet and post-Soviet eras. The exhibition was opened on September 24.

As part of its zone, Tricolor invites the guests of the exhibition to immerse themselves in the history of technology. Visitors will be able to trace the key stages of the development of satellite television in Russia using the company's example, learning how image quality has improved from SD to HD and Ultra HD and how high-quality TV content has become available even in the most remote corners of the country.

A special project of the Victory Day TV channel, Letters of Heroes, will occupy a special place at the stand. As part of this project, dozens of letters from veterans have been digitized and voiced, making their stories come alive in front of visitors to the exhibition. In addition, each guest will be able to instantly connect to the Tricolor Cinema and TV online archive using a QR code to access an extensive library of historical content.

"In the year of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, we present a project that shows what the country was able to achieve thanks to the Great Victory. We focused on the main, most striking events and achievements of each of the eight post—war decades," said Alexander Shkolnik, General Director of the Victory Museum and Deputy Secretary of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

"Participation in the project of the main military history museum of the country is a great honor and responsibility. Our exhibition allows us to tell a wide audience not only about Tricolor's contribution to the technological development of the country, but also about the most important work in the field of preserving historical memory. Television is not just a means of entertainment, but also a powerful tool that creates an accessible environment for studying history and unites generations," said Vladimir Trunov, Director of Government Relations at Tricolor.

The exhibition "80 years under the Sign of Victory" is a patriotic project demonstrating the key achievements of the country after the Great Patriotic War. Special emphasis is placed on how the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War became the starting point for large-scale transformations that ensured the development of the state and society.

The exhibition will run at the Victory Museum until November 10, 2025. The expected weekly traffic is about 20,000 people.
