The head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, told Izvestia on September 25 that it was necessary to stabilize the situation at the Zaporizhia NPP amid ongoing attacks by Ukrainian militants.

"The situation remains very fragile. Fighting continues near the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant. Therefore, we must do everything possible to stabilize the situation," he told correspondent Igor Baldin on the sidelines of the opening of the World Atomic Week forum.
