The inflation rate in Russia was 0.08% in the period from September 16 to September 22, and annual inflation decreased to 7.99%. This was announced on September 24 on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Food prices also changed by 0.09% during this period. For food products, except fruit and vegetable products, the price growth rate was 0.10%.

"In the segment of non—food products, prices changed by 0.13%, in the sector of observed services — by 0.06%," the material says.

It is specified that the inflation rate from September 9 to September 15 was 0.04%. In addition, according to the data, prices of goods in the Russian Federation have increased by 4.16% since the beginning of the year.
