Residents of the village of Rayevskaya near Novorossiysk, who have reached the "silver age", united to change life in the village with their own hands. Together with Marina Klimkina, a local 60-year-old social activist, the pensioners took part in the city's "Main Team" competition. As a result, an autonomous non—profit organization, the We Are Together Resource Center for the Development of Small Territories, was established in the village.

"We conducted a survey among the residents of the village of Rayevskaya to identify activists who are ready to put forward civic initiatives, write grants, and implement their ideas. There are already 17 people in the community," Marina Klimkina told the Novorossiysk Worker newspaper. "Together with the Novorossiysk Community Center and the Garant Center for Social Technologies in Arkhangelsk, we have already completed the first strategic session, where we dreamed, built an image of the village's future, and outlined serious projects."

Pensioners have developed a plan for the reconstruction of Glory Street in Rayevskaya: the creation of an Alley of Heroes of the Russian Military District, as well as the construction of sidewalks, playgrounds and sports grounds is planned in the village. The activists presented their project to the head of Novorossiysk during his working visit to the village. According to the results of voting on the My Novorossiysk platform, their ideas were chosen for implementation.
