The UK has completed the investigation of the criminal case against Leonid Gozman

Moscow has completed the investigation of the criminal case against Leonid Gozman (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), who publicly called for terrorist activities in Russia. This was reported on September 23 in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the city.

It is clarified that Gozman is accused in absentia of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorist activities, propaganda of terrorism committed using the Internet").

According to the investigation, in 2023, Gozman gave an interview to a foreign publication, which recorded public calls for terrorist activities in Russia, as well as propaganda of terrorism.

A psychological and linguistic examination was also carried out during the investigation. The conclusions of the experts and other evidence confirmed Gozman's guilt.

"The investigation has collected sufficient evidence, and therefore the criminal case has been referred to the court," the publication on the department's Telegram channel says.
