The Russian Armed Forces (AF) continue to destroy the encircled group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of the settlement of Kleban-Byk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on September 23 by the Russian Defense Ministry.
