The General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation told about the results of the spring draft

160,000 people were sent to the Russian Armed Forces for military service. This was announced at a briefing on September 22 by the head of the Main Organizational and Mobilization Directorate of the General Staff, Vice Admiral Vladimir Tsimlyansky.

"The draft assignment established by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation has been completed in a timely manner and in full," Tsimlyansky said.

Autumn Draft - 2025: deadlines and new rules for future recruits

In 2025, the autumn draft will traditionally begin on October 1 and last until December 31.
