The Cond Nast publishing house, which publishes well-known magazines such as Vogue, Glamour and GQ, has submitted an application to the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) for registration of the Vogue trademark.

The application was filed on September 18, 2025 from France.

According to TASS, the Vogue trademark is registered according to five classes of the International Classification of goods and services (ICTS) — these are scientific instruments, applications, magazines, printed products, advertising, business management, education, entertainment and the provision of files.

Earlier, on September 12, the Mercedes-Benz carmaker submitted an application to Rospatent for registration of a trademark with the same name. A trademark is registered according to two classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICTS): No. 12 and No. 37, which include automobiles, as well as repair and maintenance services for motor vehicles.
