Demand for emergency driving has increased in Russia

Interest in parking training increased by 31%, and the number of ads increased by 20%, experts estimated. The cost of the lesson started from 1,500 rubles.
The popularity of home—to—work classes increased by 27%, emergency driving courses — by 26%, driving along exam routes — by 24%, lessons on the training ground and skills recovery - by 23%. The average price started from 1800 rubles. High-speed maneuvering courses have become in demand 22% more often. The average cost per class started from 2,100 rubles.
A-level exam preparation courses (motorcycles, etc.) Russians searched 32% more often, analysts said. The number of offers increased by 25% compared to June—August 2024, and the average class price started from 2000 rubles.
An increase in interest was also recorded in category B, the most popular in Russia, which allows driving passenger cars weighing up to 3.5 tons, according to the study. The demand for training increased by 20%, and the number of offers increased by 7%. The average cost of a lesson was from 1400 rubles. Category C provides access to driving vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons (excluding trailers), where demand has increased by 10%, and the average price has decreased by 30% to 2,900 rubles per class.
Earlier, on September 11, it was reported that the average tuition fee at Russian driving schools for the first seven months of 2025 increased by 20.2% compared to the same period last year.
On September 2, Tatiana Shutyleva, President of the Interregional Association of Driving Schools, told Izvestia that the separation of education and retraining in the new driving school programs approved by the Ministry of Education and Science will allow educational institutions to form groups of those who are going to open an additional category of rights faster. Such measures may make it possible to keep prices for driving schools at the current level for some time, and perhaps even reduce them, the expert believes.
