Russian Leader Vladimir Putin has allocated funds to help schools in South Ossetia. This was announced on September 20 by Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the competition.
"A decision has been made to provide additional support to teachers. First of all, it is a question of education, we have a special tool in North Ossetia, as well as everywhere in Russia: school advisers for educational work go to all schools," he said during a meeting with the head of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev.
According to him, Putin allocated funds from his reserve fund to pay for educational advisers in each school in South Ossetia, and also allocated additional money to support teachers of Russian and Ossetian languages.
Kiriyenko expressed the opinion that the Russian side will be able to ensure that South Ossetia receives the necessary funding very quickly.
Earlier in the day, Putin stressed that Russia would continue to provide South Ossetia with all possible assistance in ensuring security and solving problems of socio-economic development. The Head of State also expressed confidence that bilateral relations will continue to develop on the basis of good neighborliness and alliance.
