The court arrested Dmitry Kaigorodov, former deputy head of Khimki, in a case of fraud in the housing and communal services sector. This was announced on Saturday, September 20, by a source of Izvestia.

It is known that Kaigorodov is charged under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud on an especially large scale").
