Colonel-General Oleg Plokhy held a reception for large families of military personnel and employees of the Russian Guard in Moscow. This was announced on September 19 in the press service of the department.
It is noted that the event was held in the Petrovsky Travel Palace. The head of the Rosgvardiya, Viktor Zolotov, instructed Oleg Plokhy, the state secretary and deputy director of the department, to greet the participants of the ceremony.
"It is becoming a good tradition every year to invite large families of military personnel and employees of the Russian Guard to Moscow, to hold events as part of the program of visiting the sights of the capital. Our meeting today is an occasion to remember how important family is in everyone's life," the Rosgvardiya Telegram channel quotes him as saying.
The Lysenkov family from Kazan with 11 children became a real symbol of family values at the reception. For a number of participants of the event, a trip to the Russian capital became an opportunity to get to know the metropolis. In three days they saw Krasnaya and Manezhnaya Squares, the Alexander Garden, the monument "Worker and Collective Farmer", and also visited Soyuzmultpark, Robostation and Moskvarium. At the end, all the participants took a boat trip along the Moskva River.
In addition, the guests were addressed by the ex-soloist of the Lyceum group and the mother of many children Svetlana Belyava, the daughter of police captain Vitaly Fokin Alexandra and the duet of parents with many children Sergey and Daria Rybachev with original songs.

Earlier, on July 31, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government and the Popular Front For Russia movement to submit proposals by November 1 to define a single standard of state support for large families. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the head of the Executive Committee of the Popular Front, Mikhail Kuznetsov, were appointed responsible for the implementation.
Alexey Govyrin, a State Duma deputy from the United Russia faction, said on July 26 that large and low-income families in four regions of Russia can receive a one-time payment by September 1, as well as cash out the rest of the maternity capital if it does not exceed 10 thousand rubles. In Moscow, the payment amount will be 13,257 rubles, in St. Petersburg - 10 thousand rubles, in the Moscow region — from 3 thousand to 7 thousand rubles, and in the Vladimir region — 5 thousand rubles. The money should be used to buy things for the school.
