"Pavel Nikolaevich's appointment is a joint decision. This is not a single choice of the CEO or sports director, but a team effort where everything is analyzed and reviewed. Therefore, we considered that Pavel Nikolaevich would be suitable for our club," said Lada CEO Alexander Kharlamov.
