Vladimir Solodov, who won the election, took the oath of office and assumed the post of governor of the Kamchatka Territory. The ceremony took place on September 19 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

"Assuming the post of governor of the Kamchatka Territory, I swear, in the exercise of my powers, to comply with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws, the charter and laws of the Kamchatka Territory, and to honestly and conscientiously fulfill the duties assigned to me," Solodov said during the broadcast of the event on the VKontakte social network.

In addition, Solodov named the key areas of his work for the next five years. Among the main priorities, he highlighted improving the quality of life of citizens, developing a sustainable economy, supporting small and medium-sized businesses, traditional industries, as well as improving territories and infrastructure.
