In Crimea, more than 20 thousand people were left without electricity due to bad weather. This was announced on September 18 by the press service of the Krymenergo company.
"Due to the passage of a storm wind in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, employees of the State Unitary Enterprise RK Krymenergo are working on high alert! The repair and restoration work is complicated by the deterioration of weather conditions, and therefore the time to restore power supply may increase!" the company's Telegram channel says.
According to the TASS news agency, more than 20 thousand people were left without electricity.
The blackout affected residents of the settlements of Dzhankoysky, Simferopol and Leninsky districts, as well as two settlements in Yalta.
