Europe is trying to disrupt the approaches to a peaceful settlement in Ukraine that were developed by Russian leader Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump during the Alaska summit. This was announced on September 18 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
"We have repeatedly reacted to how Europe is trying to build its line on the Ukrainian issue. Contrary to the principled approaches of Donald Trump and trying to break these approaches, as they were formulated in Alaska and then presented to the US allies," he said in an interview with the Big Game program on Channel One.
