Siluanov noted the stability of Russia's budget structure

In recent years, the Russian Ministry of Finance has managed to form a budget structure that does not suffer from external pressure. Anton Siluanov, Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, told Izvestia about this on September 18.

He stressed that the Russian economy is responding to all incoming challenges and successfully copes with any financial constraints. Siluanov added that the most important thing is that sanctions, trade duties and other prohibitions do not affect the lives of the population.

"Everything that is required — pensions, allowances, child benefits — everything must be financed, go its own way. This is the task of the Ministry of Finance. As they say, dogs bark, and the budget fulfills its obligations," he explained.

The minister noted that the Moscow Financial Forum, which started on September 18, is an excellent platform for discussing economic issues before the budget is submitted to the State Duma.

"Many people from the regions come, and many foreign guests attend this forum, so it is a good platform for discussing financial issues. Especially on the eve of the budget process," Siluanov said.
