Turkey has denied reports of plans to return the S-400 air defense system to Russia.

The S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems supplied to Ankara by Moscow remain in service with the Turkish army, and no changes are planned regarding their functions. This was announced on September 18 by the Turkish Ministry of Defense.

"The S-400 air defense systems are in service with our army. Our position on the S-400 has not changed," the commentary says.
