President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced on September 16 that he was ready to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin without preconditions, but believes that negotiations should not be held in Moscow.

"I am ready to meet with [US President Donald] Trump and Putin in a trilateral or bilateral format. I am ready to meet without any conditions," Zelensky said in an interview with Sky News channel.
