Moscow Government Minister Garbuzov spoke about the hackathon of digital solutions for industry

From October 17 to October 19, Moscow will host the All-Russian hackathon "Open#Mosprom," said Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

"Moscow actively supports the development of the industrial sector and the expansion of its scientific and human resources potential. All-Russian hackathon "Open#Mosprom will become a platform for the competition of specialists from different regions and fields — from engineers and analysts to designers. By joining teams, they will offer the largest enterprises, development institutions and authorities options for digital solutions to real technological and managerial tasks. The best cases will be considered for further implementation in the industrial ecosystem of the capital," Anatoly Garbuzov noted.

The event will be held in a hybrid format both online and face-to-face at the Technopolis Moscow SEZ site. The participants of the competition will have to develop working prototypes of high—tech solutions, from an AI system for selecting support measures to a mobile application for career growth in industry. After defending the projects, the jury will determine the winners in each of the six cases. The teams that took the first three places will share the prize fund of 2.5 million rubles.

The tasks for the hackathon participants will be prepared by the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, ANO Mosprom, SEZ Technopolis Moscow and the largest industrial companies in the capital. In addition, training events will be held at the event, which will be attended by specialists from the Khrunichev State Scientific and Scientific Center.
