The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced an imminent strike on the port of Hodeidah in Yemen and called for an urgent evacuation from there. This was announced on September 16 by the army press service.
"In the coming hours, a strike will be launched in the area marked on the map in response to the military actions of the Houthi terrorist regime," the IDF said in an Arabic—language statement posted on the social network.
The military called on all those in the strike zone to leave the port, as well as to drive away the anchored vessels from there.
Earlier in the day, the Houthis from the Ansar Allah movement attacked Ramon airport and the Negev region, located in southern Israel, with four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
