- New subsidies will be allocated for the restoration of monuments in the Leningrad region
The authorities of the Leningrad Region are planning to introduce new subsidies for investors who invest in the restoration of architectural monuments. We are talking about compensation for the costs of connecting to utility networks. This is one of the most "expensive" items in the estimate of restoration projects.
According to Delovoy Peterburg, Vladimir Tsoi, Deputy head of the regional government and head of the Committee for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage, said this at a meeting with representatives of the business community.
As an example, he cited a project implemented in the village of Izvara. There, it is necessary to pay about 36 million rubles for connecting an additional 150 kW of power. Experts believe that the cost of the technical connection can be up to 20% of the total cost of the project.
According to Nikita Zheltyakov, project manager at EnergoStroyProekt Group, if there is no available capacity at the nearest substation, the investor is forced to pay for the construction of a new or repair of an existing substation.
If the government's proposal is implemented, it will make restoration projects more attractive to investors, and the process of restoring cultural heritage will accelerate. 78.ru .
