The Russian Space Forces have successfully launched the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle from the Plesetsk cosmodrome. This was announced on September 13 by the Roscosmos State Corporation.
"On September 13, the Soyuz-2.1b medium-class launch vehicle was launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome by the combat crew of the Aerospace Forces Space Forces," the Telegram channel said.
It is specified that the launch vehicle was launched with a spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense and with the Mozhaets-6 educational and research spacecraft, which was developed by A. F. Mozhaisky, a student of the Military Space Academy. This device is designed to process astronavigation algorithms.
On September 11, it was reported that the Soyuz-2.1a rocket with the Progress MS-32 cargo ship, which will deliver the new Orlan-ISS spacesuit No. 7 to the International Space Station (ISS), launched from Baikonur. As noted in Roscosmos, the rocket should launch the ship into low-Earth orbit, after which it will begin an independent flight to the ISS.
