The hosts and commentators of the Intervision finale from Russia have been named

Performer Alexey Vorobyov and Honored Artist of Russia Aida Garifullina will be the hosts of the final of the international music competition "Intervision" from Russia. On September 12, Izvestia was informed about this by the press service of the competition.

"The hosts of Intervision from Russia will be the popular actor and musician Alexey Vorobyov and the opera diva, Honored Artist of Russia Aida Garifullina. A duo of recognized experts will comment on the contest for Russian viewers: journalist and TV presenter Yana Churikova and Yuri Aksyuta, chief producer of music and entertainment programs on Channel One," the organizers of Intervision said

Alexey Vorobyov stressed that it was a great honor for him and his colleagues to take over the baton of the competition. He noted that being the host of such a large-scale show as Intervision implies great responsibility.

"We are setting up not just to hold a contest, but to create a real festive atmosphere for viewers around the world, filled with vivid emotions and unforgettable impressions," the musician emphasized.

Aida Garifullina, in turn, expressed her joy at the opportunity to become "the voice of the contest for an audience of millions."

"We promise it will be bright, sincere and unforgettable," the singer said.

Contest of the Year: where and when will Intervision 2025 take place, who will participate

Performers from more than 20 countries will compete.

The final of Intervision will be held in Moscow on September 20 at the Live Arena. Honored Artist of Russia SHAMAN (real name Yaroslav Dronov) is participating from Russia with Maxim Fadeev's song "Straight to the Heart". Alexander Ovechkin, a Russian hockey player and captain of the Washington Capitals NHL club, has been announced as the cultural ambassador of Intervision 2025.

The winner of the Intervision International Music Competition will receive a cash prize of 30 million rubles.

Earlier that day, during the drawing process, it was decided that SHAMAN would be the ninth to compete. Speaking about the expectations of his number, Dronov said that he would not "reveal all the cards" yet.
