Peskov said that the EU countries are slowing down the settlement process in Ukraine

The authorities of European countries are interfering with the process of peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, while the Russian side remains ready for dialogue. This was announced on September 12 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Here, of course, you cannot wear rose-colored glasses and expect that the negotiation process will produce lightning-fast results. <...> The Russian side remains ready to follow the path of peaceful dialogue and peaceful search for solutions. But the fact that the Europeans are interfering is true, it's no secret to anyone," the president's press secretary said at a briefing.
