In the Krasnogvardeysky district of St. Petersburg, a teenager on a scooter got into an argument with a cyclist and opened fire on him. This was announced on September 12 by a source of Izvestia.
The incident occurred on the evening of September 8 on Shahumyan Avenue.
"There was a conflict on the road between a cyclist and a scooter rider. According to the victim, the teenager shot him three times with an air pistol and fled," the source said.
The man turned to the doctors, who diagnosed him with wounds to the back of his head and forearm. After the examination, he was released home. On September 10, the suspect was detained — he turned out to be a 15-year-old schoolboy. The details of the incident are being clarified.
