The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned the militants who were surrounded near Sumy

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) abandoned the attack aircraft of the 47th separate mechanized brigade, who were surrounded in Yunakovka, Sumy region. This was reported on September 12 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The brigade command has stopped all attempts to unblock the group and ensure their supply," RIA Novosti quoted the text of the message.

It is specified that one of the assault groups of the 47th separate mechanized brigade was surrounded. The law enforcement agencies also reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost 80% of the assault groups launched in a counterattack in the Andreevka area of the Sumy region. In addition, CV90 infantry fighting vehicles and two armored vehicles were destroyed.
