Traffic on the Klyazma Bridge in Khimki will be launched in October 2025.

In October 2025, it is planned to open traffic on the bridge over the Klyazma River in Khimki near Moscow. The length of the crossing will be 38 m, it will connect two blocks, Klyazma and Svistukha.

Major structural repairs are ongoing. Specialists have installed a metal superstructure, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya with reference to the regional Ministry of Transport.

Arrangements are being made for the installation of a drainage system in the area adjacent to the bridge. In the near future, new pavement will be laid there and playgrounds, stairwells and sidewalks will be equipped.

The renovation is carried out within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life". During the work, the main structure was completely dismantled, and a temporary bridge was built nearby.

Earlier, on September 1, it was reported that 1.8 thousand pedestrian crossings located near educational institutions were put in order in the Moscow region. The work was carried out as part of the preparation of roads for the start of the school year on sections of the municipal, regional and federal network. Most of these facilities were put in order in Odintsovo, Lyubertsy and Kolomna.
