Residents of Crimea urged to hurry up with registration of plots in farming co-ops

Residents of Crimea, who were allocated plots in horticultural associations before March 2014, can apply for title documents under a simplified scheme until January 1, 2027. This was stated by the head of the republic Sergey Aksyonov in his social networks on Tuesday, September 9.

"So you should hurry up. I would like to emphasize that it is possible to apply for ownership documents only after approval of the general plan for surveying the territory of the farm," Aksyonov warned.

He added that in order to obtain ownership of a land plot, you need to contact the regional Ministry of Property and Land Relations.

Starting in 2027, the land can only be registered in accordance with federal law. That is, Crimeans will have to confirm a combination of many conditions. For example, due to the lack of necessary archival documents, the case will be decided in court.

According to IA SevastopolMedia, 719 farming enterprises are registered in Crimea, on the territory of which there are more than 77 thousand land plots. Of these, over 51 thousand have been officially registered.
