Lavrov said it was impossible to conduct Western business in Russia in the old way.
If Western countries want to resume dialogue with Russia, Moscow will be ready for this, but there can be no business as in the past. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on September 8, speaking to students and faculty of MGIMO.
"We didn't break off relations, we didn't break off contacts. And if our Western colleagues, including our Slovenian colleagues, want to resume these relations, we will be ready for that. But, of course, business as usual, as in the past, can no longer be," Lavrov said.
