Three people died in a mine in the Khabarovsk Territory
In the village of Mnogovershinny, Nikolaevsky district, Khabarovsk Territory, three people were killed in the mine of one of the enterprises as a result of the detonation of an explosive substance. This was reported on August 7 by the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 217 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of industrial safety requirements for hazardous production facilities, resulting in the death of three persons by negligence")," the Telegram channel wrote in a publication.
The head of the department requested from the head of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee for the Khabarovsk Territory a report on the progress of the investigation and the circumstances established.
Earlier, on September 5, the TFR announced the initiation of a criminal case on violation of safety rules after the crash of a light-engine aircraft in the Moscow region, which killed the pilot. The investigation revealed that the light-engine aircraft crashed while flying near the village of Ilyasovo in the Lukhovitsky city district of the Moscow region.
