A public complex for scientific research activities has been built in the former Yuzhny Port industrial zone in Moscow. This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction, on Sunday, September 7.

According to him, the 53.7 thousand square meter facility is located on Kolomnikova Street and will become part of an administrative and laboratory complex of five buildings connected by a gallery with panoramic windows, NSN notes. 380 jobs will be created here, and in total, more than 400 thousand square meters of real estate are planned to be built as part of the project, which will employ over 8.4 thousand people, the website says. kp.ru . Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Government of Moscow, recalled that earlier, a Kalashnikov production building with an area of 34 thousand square meters was built within the framework of the Southern Port Construction Project, and now the Southern Port, Territory 2.1 project is being implemented.
