In France, a woman was killed as a result of a car collision, six more people were injured, three of them are in critical condition in hospital. This was reported by the newspaper Le Parisien on Saturday, September 6.

"On Saturday afternoon in Piru, a seaside town in the Manche region, a car accidentally ran over pedestrians, killing one person and seriously injuring three others," the publication says.

The 81-year-old driver of the car received only minor injuries. It was previously established that at the time of movement he began to have health problems, which could have provoked an accident. The version of a targeted hit-and-run is excluded.
