A number of working professions will remain relevant, despite the transformation of the market by artificial intelligence (AI). About this on September 7, "Gazeta.Ru," said Andrey Kladov, a recruitment expert and director of the Migrant Service platform.

"Today, only about 3% of jobs in the United States fall under the full replacement of AI, and in the long term — up to 27%. At the same time, according to forecasts by McKinsey [an international consulting company], up to 375 million jobs may disappear by 2030, but about 97 million new ones will appear in areas where machines complement human labor rather than replace it," the expert said.

But Kladov noted that there are professions in which the role of a person remains indisputable. They are builders, roofers, plumbers, electricians, firefighters, and drivers in difficult conditions (truckers working on roads with poor pavement or limited visibility).

"AI handles data processing and routine, but is powerless where physical presence, creativity, and emotional intelligence are needed. In these areas, a person will remain irreplaceable for many years to come," the specialist concluded.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that in Russia, representatives of the oil and gas sector became 14% more likely to invite women to work or interviews in January–June 2025. At the same time, it was noted that two thirds of positions in the industry are still held by men. This is relevant for both working and managerial positions.
