The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) told how Russians do not accidentally get blocked by a money transfer. The corresponding post was published on the Telegram channel of the regulator on September 4.

"If you are nevertheless transferring money to another person, for example, paying for goods or services, sending a gift to a colleague or relatives, be sure to specify the purpose of the payment," the publication says.
