In Russia, the rise in price of winter and summer tires was recorded

Winter and summer tires in the non-premium price segment for passenger cars have risen in price by more than 3% over the year. This was announced on September 4 in its Telegram channel by the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI).

So, for the year from August 2024 to August 2025, the average price of a winter tire increased by 3.9%, and summer tires went up by 3.4%.

At the same time, during the month from July to August of this year, the cost of winter tires decreased by 2.6% to 9.3 thousand rubles, and summer tires — by 0.3% to 10.2 thousand rubles.

Over the past year, the average price of winter tires peaked in May-June 2025, amounting to 9.8 thousand rubles. Summer tires cost the most in September 2024 and February 2025 - 10.7 thousand rubles.

We found a balance: sales of new cars increased by 1.3%

Earlier in the day, experts said that the best time to buy tires in Russia is the beginning of autumn. It is during this period that stores offer the most favorable conditions and a wide range of products. According to experts, by October and November, popular tire models and sizes are quickly sold out, leaving only those that are less in demand.
